The Product Manager is responsible for building the product backlog and driving the execution of the NGP product. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, collaborating on building a product vision to ensure business goals and customer satisfaction goals are met. The product that you will be championing is a web-based, enterprise business application that focuses on fundraising, compliance, and digital tools for political campaigns and non-profit organizations. Your job will be to ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals; as well as to serve as the voice of the customer in decisions made regarding features and functionality.

You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix management scheme. You will work closely with the engineering team to help members understand product positioning, target customers, and key business value. You will also serve as the evangelist for the product, working closely with the sales team, executives, client services and key customers.
