New to compliance in NGP? This introductory session walks you through the essentials of record-keeping and disclosure reporting to help your organization stay compliant. You’ll learn how to track contributions and disbursements, set up cycles and limits, and prepare your database for smooth, error-free filing. 

Join us for a step-by-step overview of the tools and processes that make compliance simpler and more reliable. 

What you’ll learn: 

  • Record-keeping best practices: Learn how to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reconcile data across your contributions, disbursements, and reports. 
  • Set up cycles and limits: Understand how to configure election cycles and contribution limits to stay within reporting guidelines. 
  • Use the Financial Batch Manager: Discover how to group, track, and reconcile contributions using NGP’s batch management tools. 
  • Add disbursements and refunds: Record disbursements properly, manage refunds, and ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in your reports. 
  • Prepare to file: Review key reports, correct common issues, and navigate the Disclosure Center to generate and submit filings confidently.
