You’ll learn how to use key fundraising tools to streamline calls, record contributions, and keep your donor records complete and up to date. 

Join us for a guided session on how to set up and manage the systems that make your fundraising efforts more efficient and data-driven.

  • Use the Call Time List page: Learn how to organize and manage your asks, view pending and completed calls, and update results in real time. 
  • Leverage Call Time Mobile: Understand how to set up and customize NGP’s mobile fundraising app so callers can record information easily from anywhere. 
  • Build and edit call sheets: Customize printed or digital call sheets to include the information most relevant to your fundraising strategy. 
  • Manage key contact fields: Explore important fundraising features like bios, notes, custom fields, follow-ups, relationships, and financial households for complete donor tracking. 
  • Understand donor tools: Use acknowledgements, giving history, and donor target scores to track donor behavior and improve your outreach strategy.
